a heart for the youth

Our youth meetings, called "The Way", are held in a "home cell" format at Gateway family Church on Sunday evenings at 18h00.
We believe that discipleship is the most effective way to equip the youth.
From time to time we also have special youth events aimed at drawing young people that might not be open yet for a normal church experience.
You can expect anything from performances from B-Boy crew Freedom feet, to rap artist like C-Jay there. All of whom have powerful testimony’s of how God reached them in the darkest possible places.

Freedom Feet is B-boy crew called by God. We feel we've been blessed with a gift to dance and we want to use that gift to bless others and make the name of Jesus famous. The crew consists of 9 members from different race, age and walks of life. All saved by the grace of God and called into this ministry of reconciliation through the medium of dance.
We are very passionate about people and helping the youth of the world realise the freedom we have in Christ and purpose that each individual has to fulfill.
Each member of the crew has a story to tell and many of our stories include drugs, depression, sex, suicide attempts, abuse, alchohol, and other traps that a lot of youths today find themselves in.
We have been saved and delivered from those things and we feel that God places us in a position to be able to firstly gain respect of young people through breakdancing and street dancing, and secondly minister to them through our testimonies and the word of God.
